01 · Acceptance and operator

Using this website

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of mgmtiles.com and its related pages (the “Website”). The Website is operated under the trading name MGM Tiles, also publicly listed as MGM Luxury Tiles (“MGM Tiles”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you use the Website for a company, practice, contractor, developer or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation in relation to the enquiry or activity concerned.

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity and any required authority, to submit a commercial or project enquiry.

02 · Catalogue status

No online storefront or automatic sale

The Website presents collections, products, projects and general information to support discovery and project discussions. It is not currently operated as an online checkout or self-service purchasing platform.

• No product displayed on the Website constitutes a binding offer to sell.
• Submitting an enquiry, requesting a sample or contacting our team does not reserve stock or create an order.
• Prices, stock, lead times, minimum quantities, batch availability, delivery, installation and payment terms must be confirmed separately in writing.
• A commercial transaction arises only under a written quotation, order confirmation, supply agreement or other document accepted through the process stated in that document.

If an accepted quotation or project agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the accepted project-specific document will govern that transaction to the extent of the conflict.

03 · Products and specifications

Confirm the surface for its intended application

We take reasonable care when presenting product names, descriptions, dimensions and imagery. However, Website information is general, may be supplied by third-party manufacturers and may change without notice.

Images, colour and natural variation

Screen settings, photography, lighting and image compression can affect appearance. Tile, porcelain, stone-look and other surface products may also show intentional differences in shade, veining, texture, pattern, calibration and finish. Production batches can vary. Website imagery must not be treated as a colour-accurate sample or a guarantee that every piece will be identical.

Dimensions and technical information

Nominal dimensions, thicknesses, weights, tolerances, finishes, slip classifications and other performance information should be verified against the current manufacturer documentation and the product supplied for the relevant project. Products shown may be discontinued, renamed, updated or unavailable in a particular format or quantity.

Selection and suitability

Architects, designers, contractors, installers and clients remain responsible for checking suitability for the intended substrate, environment, loading, traffic, wet-area, façade, external or specialist application. Installation, adhesives, grout, movement joints, sealing, cleaning and maintenance must follow the applicable manufacturer instructions, project specifications, professional advice and local requirements.

04 · Enquiries and quotations

Project discussions remain subject to written confirmation

When you submit an enquiry, you agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and relevant to the request. You should not submit unlawful material, malicious code, unnecessary personal data or information that you are not authorised to disclose.

Any preliminary recommendation, shortlist, estimate, availability statement or lead-time indication is subject to review and written confirmation. Unless a quotation states otherwise:

• Prices and charges are not confirmed by Website content.
• VAT, delivery, offloading, storage, installation, wastage and ancillary materials may be addressed separately.
• Availability may change before an order is accepted and allocated.
• Quantities and wastage allowances should be verified by the responsible project professional or contractor.
• Manufacturer warranties, where available, are subject to their own conditions and exclusions.

Information shared by our team does not replace architectural, engineering, structural, waterproofing, health and safety or other regulated professional advice unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

05 · Acceptable website use

Use the Website lawfully and respectfully

You may browse the Website and use reasonable extracts of product information for genuine personal, design, specification or project-evaluation purposes. You must not:

• Use the Website in breach of applicable law or another person’s rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, server, forms or connected systems.
• Introduce malware, interfere with security, overload the Website or disrupt another visitor’s use.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically copy substantial Website content, product data or imagery without written permission.
• Misrepresent MGM Tiles, our products, manufacturers, availability, prices or commercial relationship with you.
• Use Website materials to create a competing catalogue, misleading advertisement or unauthorised commercial database.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, our rights or legal compliance.

06 · Intellectual property

Brand, content and manufacturer rights

The Website’s design, arrangement, copy, catalogue curation, graphics, logos, videos, project presentations and original imagery are owned by or licensed to MGM Tiles and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product names, manufacturer marks, collection names and third-party imagery may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence beyond viewing and legitimate project evaluation.

You may not reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit Website materials without the permission of the relevant rights owner. A limited internal project presentation may use properly attributed extracts where the use is reasonable, non-misleading and does not suggest an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.

07 · Third-party services and links

External destinations operate independently

The Website may link to manufacturers, maps, social networks, analytics providers or other third-party services. These destinations are provided for convenience and operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, security or content.

A link, product reference or manufacturer logo does not by itself constitute an endorsement of every statement, service or practice of that third party.

Reasonable limits for a catalogue website

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MGM Tiles is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website or from reliance on unconfirmed Website information.

We are not responsible for loss caused by:

• Using Website imagery as a substitute for an approved sample.
• Relying on outdated or unconfirmed stock, lead-time or technical information.
• Installation, design, quantity calculation, substrate preparation, maintenance or application decisions outside our agreed scope.
• Third-party websites, platforms, manufacturers, contractors or service providers that we do not control.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other mandatory right or remedy under UAE law.

Any liability relating to an accepted quotation, product supply or project service will also be governed by the written terms applicable to that transaction.

10 · Changes, law and disputes

Terms governed from Dubai

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our operations or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later Website use.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of that provision.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or right that applies, the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from Website use.
